Web Orders

Web orders are made-to-order. Orders can take up to two weeks depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s.  If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Falconiere purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of its arrival for store credit.  Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Falconiere credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewelry purchased through Falconiere. Please email info@falconierenewyork.com and request a repair tracking number.

Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE

More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Product Care

Each piece of Falconiere jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care routine to extend the life of the jewelry.

After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box.

Store leather items flat, or hanging when item has fringe.
